If you are unhappy with merchandise purchased online from Lori McLean, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund less shipping. Please call us at 212.242.3204 or email first to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will not grant refunds without an RA#. Additionally, Lori McLean may charge a 5% restocking fee for returns on items $300 and over to cover the cost of credit card processing.

Items arriving after 10 days from your receipt or without a Return Authorization cannot be refunded and will be eligible for store credit or exchange only at our discretion. Store credit can be used in store or online within one year of issue date. To purchase items online with return credit please call and speak with a member of our staff.

Items returned after 30 days will be refused. Custom orders and sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are any of the following are NOT returnable or exchangeable:

-personalized
-altered
-re-sized
-discounted
-special ordered

These items are FINAL SALE.

Returned items must arrive in their original packaging, in perfect, unworn condition. Please use a secure or trackable shipping method for returns; Lori McLean will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.

Our internet return policy does not necessarily reflect our in-store policy and vice versa.

All vintage items are sold as is. Due to their nature we can not guarantee their endurance, but will (of course) do our best to help with any repairs that might be needed in the future.
